Methylfolate, y'all!

I started taking 15 mg Methylfolate daily back in October. It took about 4 weeks for the effects to kick in, but once they did, it was amazing! And it keeps getting better! I feel more energized and optimistic and motivated than I have in months. And my tongue, while not completely healed, is also improved.

B started taking it too and he is also feeling the positive effects. This shit is like magic. I highly recommend!

Orchids: infections, growstones, moss, etc.

I threw away #30 last week. It had spreading Erwinia. I have had this orchid since last summer, I bought it from another hobbyist and though it had a new growth when I bought it, it has never grown ANY new roots. So it's possible that it was already diseased.

24 has not responded well to the antifungals and I may end up throwing it away this week. It's in bad shape.

I think it may be time to give up on the growstones experiment. ( Read more... )
